What to say about today? Woke up and Kenzie and I went to Walgreens to get some cigarettes... Came back to Dad's house and he asked us if we wanted to see a movie after some errands were done. I was all for it, since I already knew we were going to go and see 2012 and I totally wanted to see it big time... Kenzie was a bit reluctant, though, and chose to kick it at the house and continue writing in her novel. I hope I didn't upset her yesterday... Well, she seemed okay today, really, she did.
Well Dad and I took off.. I thought we were going to go to Santa Fe, but I guess that wasn't the plan... We did hit up Auto Zone, where Dad bought me a keychain for my spare (I can't find the origonal keys anywhere, I'm so upset) and a tire guage as well as some tape for the mirror. I really do need to get that mirror fixed... Anyway, Dad fixed the tire pressure in my car for me so the stupid "Tire Pressure Low" light is finally gone! Yay!! After that, we went to eat at "Lotta Burger" it was SO cool! It reminds me a lot of Tammy's Burger Haven, except the ENTIRE place is decorated in pink and purple! Eeee! I found it facinating, Dad thought I was insane. Haha.
We went to Espanola Hospital from there and did some errands for my Aunt Isabelle, then went to a movie store. They rent and sell.. Packed full of VHS, it's crazy. They do have DVD's and video games... but it was like taking a step back into 1999... Haha! Dad bought some VHS' for the VCR we have at the house, and we were on our way.
After we ate we went to see the movie, which I would give a 6/10 because the special effects were really good. You really get engrossed in the disaster scenes, it was intense. Deffinately a movie you'd want to catch in theaters, even if you do wait for it to hit Elvis Cinema's. LOL. After that we came back home, Dad popped in one of the new VHS' he bout and Mackenzie was still in her room writing. I'm a little jealous of her ability to lose herself in that, I used to be that way but now... I just cant seem to find the time. It's hard enough to write in this thing everyday.
Oh! I forgot to mention that we stopped at a Grain Feeding place or something to that nature... Dad bought Trinket that muzzle, a Rawhide, and a flea collar. She chewed on that rawhide for hours, but she lost it somewhere in the house. LOL. She came nudging at me to help her find it, but I have no idea where it is. If we continue with the rawhides... We may not have to put that muzzle on her. Waste of money, but we'll see. She may need it when the family comes down to stay next week...Depends on how excited she gets because of all the new faces.
That pretty much sums up today, really. Steve and I are doing things as best we can to keep the Relationship from feeling awkward... He's even trying to do this thing so we can watch movies together, even though we're 400 miles apart. Haha. Tonight we played boardgames online, it was really fun. He won Scrabble, I won a game of checkers, he won a game of checkers, i won a game of battleship. =) It's late, so I just recently let him go to bed. Well, not "let" but told him it would be best.
Tomorrow Trinket is getting her Rabies shot... The Grain Feeding place I mentioned earlier sells the Polio and Distemper shots so we may just do it ourselves... I'm goingto ask the vet about her loss of fur and the Dog Mange and if they think it's serious or not. I'll let you know... No, I didn't get a call from the job place either... Nor did I call her. I'll try to remember to call her in the morning.
Sorry that the blog is a bit blah, and the sentences seem edgy and rushed, but there really isn't much that happened today. Hopefully I have some fun and exciting things to put down tomorrow. As for now, Ciao!
